29. that יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying, “I am יהוה. Speak to Pharaoh sovereign of Mitsrayim all that I say to you.”

30. And Mosheh said before יהוה, “See, I am of uncircumcised lips, and why would Pharaoh listen to me?”
